We began as a Midwest-only community-supported fishery over a decade ago and are headquartered in Galesburg, a small town in west-central Illinois. Our warehouse in Galesburg continues to be the heart of our operations. The majority of our seafood is barged to Washington state from Alaska. From there, it’s transported in freezer trucks to our distribution warehouse in Galesburg, Illinois where it’s boxed and shipped to your door.
Does my fish stay frozen?
Your fish is kept on ice on the boat and blast frozen when the fishermen get to shore. It is transported to Illinois in freezer trucks and stored in our freezers until being shipped to you with dry ice.
