đźšš Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most addresses in the contiguous U.S. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
📦 Subscription Shipping
If you’re a subscription member, your seafood is delivered on a regular schedule (monthly or every other month), and you'll be kept in the loop every step of the way.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll receive an email notification the week before your box ships.
- A second email is sent on the day your box ships, with tracking info.
- You can also sign up for SMS alerts to receive shipping updates by text.
- Boxes typically arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
📦 One-Time Purchase Shipping
Unless you selected a specific delivery date at checkout:
- Orders placed by Saturday at 11:59 PM CT will ship the following week.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your box leaves our facility.
- SMS delivery notifications are also available.
❄️ Will My Seafood Arrive Frozen?
All boxes are packed with dry ice and insulated liners to ensure your seafood arrives frozen solid and stays frozen for several hours if left at your door. We recommend unpacking your box as soon as possible and moving items to your freezer. If there is a delay and your seafood is not frozen when it arrives, please contact us right away, and we’ll replace your box.
⏳ Can I Change My Delivery Date?
