🔁 How to Skip a Delivery
To skip a delivery, before your box has been processed:
- Log into your online account with your email
- On the "Overview" tab, your next box is displayed
- Click "Skip This Box"
- The page will update to display the species in your next box
- You can unskip your original box by clicking "Unskip This Box"
🗓️ How to Reschedule a Delivery
To reschedule your delivery before your box has been processed:
- Log into your online account with your email
- On the "Overview" tab, click "Delay This Box"
- You can choose to delay by one or two weeks
- Your charge date will shift to accommodate the later shipping date
If you need your box to arrive during a time that isn’t presented as an option, or if your box has already been processed, please contact us.
If your box has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it.

- Changes in your online account must be made before your box is processed.
- Your processing date is listed in your account and reminder emails.
